In terms of system configuration, the equipment adopts a high stiffness fatigue testing machine framework and an optimized hydraulic system, which has the characteristics of stable pressure, smooth start stop, safety, reliability, and no leakage. Equipped with high-precision fatigue tension torsion composite sensors and a fully digital dynamic servo measurement and control system, it supports multi-channel closed-loop control and can achieve various test waveforms such as sine wave, triangular wave, rectangular wave, and combined wave. The clamping force of its fixture can be infinitely adjusted through a pressure reducing valve, which can simultaneously adapt to the clamping requirements of small load brittle materials and large load plastic materials, ensuring the reliability of the test.


In terms of functional expansion, the FLPL series can be equipped with high and low temperature testing systems or high temperature testing systems to achieve tensile and torsional composite testing in high and low temperature or high temperature environments. The supporting tensile and torsional fatigue test software can automatically complete constant amplitude dynamic tests, covering low cycle fatigue, constant amplitude fatigue, crack propagation and other test items.
