1、 Safety Notice
Please read this manual carefully before operation. It is strictly prohibited to put hands into the work area during equipment operation, and protective gloves and goggles must be worn. During the operation of the high-temperature furnace, do not touch the surface of the furnace body. After the sample breaks, wait for the furnace temperature to drop to room temperature before starting the furnace to take out the parts. In case of emergency, immediately press the red emergency stop button.
2、 Preparation before the experiment
1. Equipment inspection
Before starting up, check the following items in sequence:
The mechanical structural fasteners are not loose, and the sensor and signal wire connections are stable
Emergency stop device, protective cover, and limit switch function normally
There is no leakage in the hydraulic pipeline, and the oil level is within the range of the scale line (hydraulic equipment)
Stable power supply voltage (within ± 10%), not sharing circuits with high-power equipment
2. Sample preparation and installation
Cut the sample according to the corresponding testing standards, measure the size with a measuring tool with an accuracy of not less than 0.001mm, and clean the surface oil and oxide layer. When installing the sample, ensure that the force axis coincides with the axis of the actuator cylinder, and the coaxiality deviation is controlled within 0.1mm to avoid vibration and data deviation caused by unbalanced load.
3. Preheating of high-temperature system
Load the sample into the fixture, adjust the clamping force to prevent slippage, and attach the thermocouple to the gauge length section and fix it. After closing the furnace, set the heating rate (recommended 3-5 ℃/min), and hold for at least 20 minutes after reaching the target temperature to ensure that temperature fluctuations are controlled within ± 2 ℃. When starting to use or restarting after long-term disuse, it is recommended to first increase the temperature without load and discharge the residual water vapor in the furnace.
3、 Experimental operation process
Step 1 Power on: Turn on the computer monitor power → controller power → host power in sequence.
Step 2: Connect and Set Parameters: Open the control software, confirm the sensor range, and click Connect. Select the loading waveform (sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, etc.), set the large/small load, frequency, and number of cycles, and enable overload protection and temperature over limit protection functions.
Step 3: Zero the sensor: Set the readings of the force sensor and displacement sensor to zero when the sample is not under force.
Step 4 Preloading: Perform 5 cycles of preloading with approximately 10% load to eliminate system gaps and fit gaps between the specimen and fixture.
Step 5: Formal testing: Click the "Start" button to start the experiment. Real time monitoring of load displacement curves and temperature changes during the testing process, and personnel are strictly prohibited from leaving the operating position.
Step 6: After the device automatically stops, save the data file. Wait for the furnace temperature to drop to room temperature, unload the sample, and reset the actuator to a safe position.
4、 Post experimental processing
Clean fixtures and high-temperature furnace chambers, remove debris and residues
Wipe the surface of the equipment and cover it with a dust-proof machine cover
Backup test data, record environmental temperature, humidity, and equipment status information
5、 Shutdown sequence
Operate in the reverse order of booting: turn off the host power → turn off the controller power → turn off the computer monitor power → cut off the main power.
