Plastic woven bags are widely used in the packaging and transportation of materials such as grain, chemicals, and building materials. Their tensile performance is the core indicator for measuring load-bearing capacity and resistance to damage, which directly affects the safety of storage and transportation processes. As the core equipment for testing the mechanical properties of plastic woven bags, the tensile testing machine can accurately complete parameter tests such as tensile load and elongation at break. It is a key equipment for quality control and factory inspection of woven bag products. The testing process strictly follows GB/T 8946-2013 "General Technical Requirements for Plastic Woven Bags" and GB/T 1040.2 Plastic Tensile Performance Test Standards.
The body of the woven bag tensile test has multi-directional differences in stress, and the test requires targeted detection of the tensile performance of the four core parts in the warp, weft, seam edge, and seam bottom directions, comprehensively verifying the structural strength of the bag body and seam areas. Before testing, it is necessary to prepare samples in a standardized manner, uniformly cutting standard samples with a length of 300mm and a width of 50mm. The suture structure of the sample at the suture site should be fully preserved to avoid the influence of sample specification deviation on testing accuracy.
During the testing operation, the sample is fixed flat on the dedicated fixture of the tensile testing machine. The fixture spacing for the conventional sample is set to 100mm, and the valve type woven bag is adjusted to 200mm. After calibrating the equipment force and displacement parameters, the tensile test is carried out at a standard uniform speed of 200mm/min ± 10mm. The device can capture real-time data of the entire stretching process, accurately record the complete process of sample yield, stretching, and fracture, automatically generate core detection data such as ultimate tensile load and elongation at break, and effectively avoid errors in manual testing.
A tensile testing machine suitable for detecting woven bags, equipped with a high-precision sensing system, with a force accuracy of ± 0.5 level and a range covering 100N-50kN, can meet the testing needs of all types of products such as light civilian woven bags and heavy chemical ton bags. The equipment has strong stability and high consistency in batch testing data. It can accurately identify strength defects in the bag substrate and stitching, and promptly identify quality hazards such as easy breakage and deformation.
In production quality inspection, the standardized testing of this equipment can provide accurate data support for the screening of woven bag raw materials, optimization of production processes, and determination of finished product qualification. Through regular tensile testing, it is possible to effectively prevent inferior products from entering the market, ensure the stability of woven bags in heavy load, handling, and stacking scenarios, reduce safety risks such as material leakage and packaging damage, help enterprises meet industry quality inspection standards, and enhance product core quality and market competitiveness.
