1、 Application of electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine:


The Fule electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine system consists of a fatigue machine host, a servo pump station, a computer control system, a FULETEST fatigue testing software system, a constant pressure servo pump station, and a pipeline system. It is used for dynamic performance and fatigue life testing of various metal materials, composite materials, structural components, and parts. The Fule fatigue testing machine can complete the following test items: tensile fatigue test, tensile compressive fatigue test, compressive fatigue test, fracture toughness test, crack propagation test, stress fatigue test, strain fatigue test, in accordance with GB/T2611 "General Technical Requirements for Testing Machines", GB/T16826 "Electro hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine", GB3075 "Method for Axial Fatigue Testing of Metals", JB/T9397 "Technical Conditions for Tensile and Compressive Fatigue Testing Machines", GB228 "Method for Tensile Testing of Metallic Materials at Room Temperature" GB/T 26076 "Method for Axial Force Controlled Fatigue Testing of Metal Thin Plates (Strip)" and other test standards

2.8 Testing machine hydraulic station: The hydraulic workstation is a power energy equipment that provides high-pressure oil for the testing system. The hydraulic source consists of an oil tank, motor, high-pressure pump, oil filter, valve group, etc. The structure is closed, which is conducive to heat dissipation and maintenance. The structure is compact and the appearance is beautiful. It has hydraulic oil pressure limiting protection, unloading function, high efficiency, low noise, and provides power for the system.

5. Servo valve drive unit: a fully digital hydraulic servo controller based on PCI bus;


6. Measurement and control system: The measurement and control system is combined with the software system, integrating functions such as sensor signal amplification, data acquisition, data display, curve drawing, and data processing;


7. Fule fatigue test software: runs in various Windows environments, with a user-friendly interface and simple operation. It can complete the setting of test conditions, sample parameters, and data processing. Test data can be saved in multiple file formats. After the test is completed, the test process can be reproduced and the test data can be played back. The test data can be imported into various software such as Word, Excel, Access for statistical, editing, classification, fitting of test curves, etc. After the test is completed, the test report can be printed out.
